Can you give us your career snapshot to date?
Prior to joining Certus, I worked in various sales roles in including Telesales and Lead Generation in the Utilities and Software industry.
Why did you choose recruitment?
I LOVE working with people and building genuine relationships. I’m so passionate about being able to get my candidates to the next step in their career and to find my clients the absolute best person for the job and their company. I’m also an ambitious person and I believe recruitment offers a good challenge and great earning potential.
Why did you choose to join Certus?
I wanted to join a smaller-sized company because I knew I could make a bigger impact In the recruitment industry and work very closely with the team to achieve great results. Certus are genuinely passionate about recruitment and providing the highest quality of service to clients and candidates, which is something that aligns with my values.
Can you describe the on-boarding process and subsequent training?
The on-boarding process was fantastic, Adam conducted thorough training with me. Even after the initial training was completed, the ongoing training and support is excellent. I always have support here when I needed it, which has helped me grow so much throughout my time at Certus.
Have you been successful?
Without a doubt, this has been difficult year due to COVID-19. Despite the challenges, I have built many genuine relationships, placed some amazing candidates and have successfully completed projects all across APAC.
What do you love most about working here?
The team and work culture is amazing and the support I’ve had throughout is excellent. Certus also genuinely care about my progress which is refreshing and makes me strive to do my very best. I couldn’t ask for anyone better to work for – thank you Justin & Adam!
