The 'Route to Success' is made up of two stages. The first stage is designed to give you a structured induction to the Certus way. Regardless of your level of experience, we cover

Following completion of the induction program over the first three months, we then move to stage two, which is an ongoing goal setting, training and personal development program.
Stage two of the 'Route to Success' focuses on your mid to longer term goals, both professional and personal. By understanding your objectives, we are able to help set out a pathway of development that will best position you to reach and exceed those goals. This could include:
Identification of learning & development areas
Support & training needed to achieve them
Key objectives with agreed deadlines
Opportunities for new experience and 'on the job' learning
Discussion of opportunity available when achieved
