Through advanced data and marketing technology, they drive the KPIs that count! To drive project management, they now have an exciting opening for a Senior Delivery Manager to be based in Melbourne CBD.
As an Account Executive, you will:
- Work closely with vendor partners to identify, manage and close mutual opportunities
- Own and grow vendor partner relationships
- Manage and maintain successful relationships with each client, either directly or via Consulting & Delivery teams
- Develop and nurture new business opportunities via direct engagement with prospects or via technology partners
- Drive business development for new clients
- Manage opportunity lifecycle
- Drive client discovery in partnership with account and practice leaders
- Qualify timing and budget to align proposals with client expectations
- Articulate desired business outcomes to extended team members
- Deliver presentations to prospective clients, taking a lead role in pitches for new opportunities
- Build strong market and vendor relationships across Australia and Southeast Asia
- Work with team to develop client case studies
- Demonstrate marketing technology industry knowledge and leadership, with a strong awareness of key industry trends
- Own and drive the response to RFIs, RFPs for new business opportunities
- 5+ years sales experience in consulting services and/or marketing technology vendor solutions, ideally across Google Marketing and/or Google Cloud Platforms, Adobe Experience Cloud, Tealium, Full Story or Optimizely.
- A proven track record of lead generation and driving incremental revenue growth
- Experience in the software sales lifecycle
- Passionate about the marketing technology space
- Able to partner with clients to understand their organisational needs
- A reasonable understanding of digital behavioural analytics, experimentation and personalisation, tag management, audience sharing, and customer data platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent collaboration, relationship, and team-building skills
- Organised and methodical with strong prioritisation and negotiation skills
- Strong process orientation coupled with an ability to work with virtual teams
- Budget and project management experience
- Experienced in building relationships with CXOs and business decision-makers
- Skilled at leading teams through complex technology-based solution sales.
