As a leading financial company focused on both consumer and commercial lending, our client continues to gain market share and enjoys a dominant position throughout APAC. To maintain their enviable position, they now have an immediate need for a Business Development Manager to be based in Queensland.
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Play a key role in developing, winning and managing new revenue streams
- Identify and manage new introducers
- Recruit new Brokers, for accreditation
- Build brand awareness and presence within the financial sector
- Implement a new business sales strategy
- Manage key stakeholder relationships (internal, brokers, clients etc.)
- Set, achieve and maintain broker and business generation targets
- Fully understand products, risk and systems, through self-education
- Have a key focus on residential and motor financing
- Provide training and act as a mentor
- Previous experience gained in financial services (residential preferred)
- Knowledge of developing and delivering sales strategies
- Stakeholder management
