Business Development Manager – Fintech
$140-160K Base plus Commissions with Executive Benefits
As a fast-growing, Technology services and product solutions company operating in APAC, our client is looking to grow their sales team in Melbourne. With their exciting range of Fintech and Martech solutions, this company is experiencing an exciting growth period and requires a Melbourne based Business Development Manager to meet their objectives.
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
Develop and maintain an efficient prospect pipeline to identify and generate opportunities for new business and revenue
Manage the full sales process
Promote the company’s services and product solutions, addressing the client’s needs
Identify cross-selling opportunities
Build knowledge and awareness of competitors within the market
Form long term relationships with prospective clients and customers
Perform duties in an efficient working manner
To be successful in this sales role, you will possess the following skills and traits:
Experience selling into Fund Management industries, Financial Services or Government industries
Working knowledge of Salesforce
Experience selling into SME’s
A new business hunter mentality
Knowledge of developing and delivering sales strategies
Relationship/influencer building skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A willingness to go above and beyond
Demonstratable experience in full sales cycle management
A proven record of hitting and exceeding targets
The successful Business Development Manager can expect a 140-160K base plus commissions and additional, generous and executive benefits.
