Business Development Manager
100-130k Base, 200-260 OTE + Super + Executive Benefits
Our client, a premier IT Reseller is expanding. With growth in products, services and available territories they have an immediate and exciting opening for an experienced Business Development Manager to help fuel growth.
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
Target both commercial and enterprise clients
Sell SaaS-based solutions worth $100K and above, with larger deals up to $1M across their lifecycle
Work in an entrepreneurial “territory ownership” role (NSW)
Step into a leadership function, overtime
Present a value proposition to the target audience
Have the technical capability to engage in Presales conversations.
Pitch CTO’s, CIO’s, Heads of Experience and COO’s
Business Development Manager applications are invited from those with:
New business-focused sales experience in Managed Services or Application Management Solutions
Experience in selling SaaS solutions into enterprise clients
C-level executive pitch experience
A Degree or Masters in IT
A proven record of managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing deals. Typically, this can be 3-12 months in duration
Workflow management knowledge
Gravitas, an entrepreneurial spirit, a humble persona and a desire to be part of a growing business within the Australian market
The successful Business Development Manager can expect:
A 100-130k starting base salary
An uncapped 200-260k OTE
