Customer Service Advisor
Our enterprise-level client is a recognised name within the Utility sector. Due to growth throughout Australia, they are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to help on a number of busy projects, supporting external clients.
As a Customer Service Advisor, your duties will include:
- Taking calls from external customers and responding to enquiries via email
- Administration duties logging information into a ServiceNow system
- Administering Systems - adding new users and customers into the system with correct and up to date information
- Focus on delivering timely and effective responses to customer requests
- Monitor incidents and identify process improvements
- Internal communication with Senior Managers, assisting where needed on various projects
- Previous customer service experience within an office environment, dealing with customers over the phone
- Excellent communication skills
- Stakeholder management
- Attention to detail
- Great problem-solving skills
- Previous administration skills
