With integrations with the likes of Xero, QBO, Salesforce, Amazon, Shopify and other leading SaaS ecosystem platforms, they are well placed for success. They currently have an immediate opening for a Melbourne based Customer Success Executive.
As a Melbourne based Customer Success Executive, you will:
- Manage customer expectations
- Provide phone and email support
- Project manage integrations
- Implement new accounts
- Train users
- Deliver user support
- 2 years consulting, account management or customer success experience
- Software / SaaS implementation
- Customer success platforms (Totango etc.)
- Accounting systems (Quickbooks, Xero etc.), preferred
- Business software applications (Slack, Trello, Google etc.)
- A well presented, charismatic and passionate demeanour
- A team player mentality
- Ownership
- Strong command of English
- Well organised
- Technically savvy
