As a leader in open-source developer tools, our client’s platform enables developers to build and opens accessibility to cloud computing. To maintain their high service levels, this exciting organisation has an immediate opening or a Customer Success Manager to be based in Melbourne.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will:
- Provide exceptional experiences to enterprise customers
- Manage everything post-sales
- Deliver detailed onboarding
- Set and measure account success
- Resolve issues and escalate if required
- Manage renewals and identify expansion opportunities
- 3+ years’ customer success experience
- High growth SaaS company experience
- Enterprise account experience
- Junior to C-Suite relationships
- Account management

- A starting base salary of 150-200k
