As a Senior Customer Support Engineer, you will:
- Resolve customer concerns
- Create and improve internal tooling, documentation and policies
- Engineer solutions to help customers get the most out of the platform
- Provide advice and assistance internally and externally
- Identify and complete engineering work
- Assist customer success
- 3+ years’ experience in a highly technical support role
- Understand modern web architecture
- React and next.js
- Cloud technologies
- Problem solving / engineering
- Incident management
- On-call availability
- Backend runtime environments – node.JS
