Having recently been named in the ‘Recruitment Top 50’, the Certus Recruitment Group is currently experiencing considerable growth both in the UK and internationally. With our Australian office growing rapidly and plans to expand into North America in 2021, we are now seeking an IT Delivery Consultant to join our expanding Melbourne based Team
As a result of growth, we are now looking to appoint a Delivery Consultant within our IT Team to support our Head of Recruitment on a number of prestigious, big brand accounts. The Delivery Consultant will be responsible for both resourcing and managing candidates through the recruitment process and will also assume responsibility for the day to day management of key client accounts.
This is a key position within the business, ensuring our key client accounts receive the service they require, whilst enabling our Management Team to focus on new client acquisition and team growth.
As Delivery Consultant you will:
Work on an exciting portfolio of high-value technology led recruitment assignments
Receive full support to manage and close out contract/permanent assignments of varying value
Have access to all the required tools to fulfil your recruitment campaigns
Be responsible for sourcing and the management of candidates throughout the process
Manage relationships with existing clients and look for ways to develop and improve our services to them
You will:
Have prior recruitment experience
Demonstrate experience of candidate sourcing and candidate management
Be passionate about service delivery and customer success
Love looking for ways to improve business relationships
Be driven and goal orientated
Be a team player and enjoy working collaboratively
Possess a mature outlook and sound business acumen
