A dynamic and Innovative IT Consultancy specialising in technology products and solutions that drive improvement and change within evolving businesses. Our client, an Australian based business with a global presence, is experiencing an exciting growth period and requires a Melbourne based Digital Delivery Lead.

As a Digital Delivery Lead, you will:

Manage on-shore and off-shore technical teams with approximately 40 people
Have full P&L responsibility
Experienced in Client Engagement and Stakeholder management
Up-sell and cross-sell other offerings within the digital product portfolio
Drive growth in the digital practice through performance management, recruitment and training initiatives
Manage a growing portfolio of technology partnerships

To be successful in this digital delivery role, you will possess the following skills and traits:

Salesforce implementation delivery
Client engagement
Stakeholder management
Experience across Utilities, Education, Financial Services and Not for Profit customer bases

The successful Digital Delivery Lead can expect a 160-180K base plus generous and executive benefits.
