End User Support Analyst

$30+ per hour
Our enterprise level client, a recognised name, is experiencing growth throughout Australia. Due to significant technical changes, they have a 5-month contract position for an End User Support Analyst, with has the potential to extend.
As an End User Support Analyst, your duties will include:
- Providing level 1-2 support for new starters and internal stakeholders
- Recording incident requests from inception to resolution within a ServiceNow Environment
- Conducting incident investigations and analysis, Including troubleshooting when possible
- Information sharing and documenting identified issues, known errors and procedures
- Working as part of a high-volume desktop support team
- Providing remote support
- Performing IT Installations and management
- 1+ years installing, maintaining and servicing computer related products
- ServiceNow
- SCCM, Active Directory and O365 knowledge
- Enterprise IT environments
- Experience in IT Support relating to hardware, software, network and mobile device
- Onboarding new starters by setting up their hardware/user accounts and from there providing continual support for colleagues
