Enterprise Account Executive – Construction Software

Our client is a global leading construction management software provider. Through digitally transforming the construction sector, this innovative and technically advanced company is poised for huge growth throughout APAC. They currently have an exciting opening in Melbourne for a skilled Enterprise Account Executive.
As an APAC focused Enterprise Account Executive, you will:
- Target enterprise-level accounts throughout the region
- Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities, utilising generated leads, existing contacts and numerous marketing initiatives
- Nurture prospects through a sales cycle, through maintaining control, developing relationships and constant engagement
- Close new business deals in the 50-100k range
- Build, maintain and apply a high-level knowledge of available solutions
- Deliver tailored demonstrations to multiple decision-makers throughout the sales cycle
- Sell in a consultative manner
- Travel as required
- Be degree level educated and possess multi-year experience gained selling complex solutions into the construction or related sectors
- Demonstrate experience in exceeding 7 figure targets
- Have a technical understanding, be an excellent communicator and possess the natural ability to identify opportunities
- Be highly motivated, eager to learn, tenacious, determined and driven
- Be excited by technology
- Manage effective relationships
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit and true hunter mentality
- Possess first-class communication skills (written and verbal)
