Enterprise Account Executive – Hosted Solutions

170k Base, 300k OTE + Super + Stock Options
Our client is a growing Unified Cloud Company with an extensive global network. Through offering a simple, integrated solution, they combine unified communications, team collaboration, contact centre and analytics in a single, open and real-time platform. Due to continued growth throughout APAC, they now have an exciting and immediate opening for an Enterprise Account Executive to be based in Sydney.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will:
- Target new enterprise clients, identifying pain points and providing solutions
- Identify and qualify new prospects, working alongside an internal sales team
- Manage a full and complex sales cycle from lead development through to close
- Develop and nurture strong customer relationships
- Liaise with the sales team to identify up-selling and renewal opportunities with existing clients
- Develop sales strategies with and for partners
- Keep accurate and up to date reports and sales forecasts
- Become the resident CPaaS expert
- At least 8 years’ experience in B2B Enterprise sales. Hosted solutions, SaaS, UCaas or CPaaS required
- Demonstrable ability in running full and complex sales cycles
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Skilled in creating and providing demonstrations, face to face and remote
- Highly motivated, eager to win and determination to produce results
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong hunter mentality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Skilled in CRM management. Salesforce.com preferred
- Energy, passion, drive and a consultative nature required
- A base salary circa 170k
- An uncapped and very achievable OTE of 300k
