As a hot tech company, our client has leveraged advanced AI and Machine Learning to develop a well-received L&D platform. This well-funded company is set for phenomenal growth through the build-out of its sales function. They currently have an exciting opening in APAC for a skilled Enterprise Account Executive to target enterprise accounts.
As an APAC based Enterprise Account Executive, you will:
Target and enterprise-level accounts in both public and private sectors
Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities, utilising generated leads, existing contacts and numerous marketing initiatives
Nurture prospects through a sales cycle, through maintaining control, developing relationships and constant engagement
Work alongside an international team focussed on product development and innovation
Primarily sell through the HR Channel
Become a product and solution expert
The ideal Enterprise Account Executive will:
Be degree level educated and possess 8+ years previous sales experience gained selling enterprise-level SaaS/software solutions
Demonstrate experience gained selling into HR, education, training or L&D environments
Have a technical understanding, be an excellent communicator and possess the natural ability to identify opportunities
Be highly motivated, eager to learn, tenacious, determined and driven
Be excited by technology
Be accustomed to lead generation tactics and long, complex sales cycles
Have an entrepreneurial spirit and true hunter mentality
The successful Enterprise Account Executive can expect an initial base salary circa 150-200k with a 300-400k OTE. In addition, there is a flexible benefits package and career progression available.
