Enterprise Sales Manager

$100k Base (USD), OTE $200k (USD) + Benefits
Our client is a global IT service management company and an award-winning Microsoft partner. Due to their continued success in APAC, they currently have an immediate opening for an Enterprise Sales Manager to join their collaborative and highly experienced sales team in Tokyo, Japan.
As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will:
- Target new enterprise clients, identifying business needs and providing solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead development through negotiation and close
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospects and existing accounts
- Liaise with the sales team to identify up-selling and renewal opportunities within existing accounts
- Create and deliver contract winning proposals
- Keep accurate and up to date reports and sales forecasts
- Provide expert advice on all business solutions and services
- Business-related bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Extensive experience in B2B software sales at enterprise level
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated success in initiating, negotiating and closing sales
- Skilled in creating and providing demonstrations
- Excellent internal and external stakeholder management, including experience at C-level
- Highly motivated, eager to win and determination to produce results
- Strong hunter mentality
- Sound understanding of all Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English (Bahasa would be advantageous)
