Utilizing the very latest in technology to grow customer ROI, this data-driven agency has an immediate an exciting opening for a remote based Facebook and Instagram Ad Manager.
As a Facebook and Instagram Ad Manager, you will:
- Execute tests, collect, and analyze data and insights to achieve maximum ROI for Facebook & Instagram campaigns
- Control monthly budgets
- Generate leads and sales using Facebook Ads
- Maintain profitable ROAS while going through growth and fluctuations
- Provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication to exceed KPIs and hit deadlines
- Use Facebook and Google Analytics metrics to expand, evolve, and optimize campaigns
- Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance
- Gather data on consumers, competitors, and market conditions
- Develop marketing strategies and marketing plans
- Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message
- Contribute to weekly/monthly client calls, and regularly communicate results, strategies, and tactics
- Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns
- Measure and optimize paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports
- Stay current with best practices, strategies, legislation, and industry standards related to Facebook/IG Advertising
- BS degree in marketing/media or training in social media
- 5+ years of PAID Facebook & Instagram ADVERTISING experience
- 2+ years of experience managing large acquisition budgets
- A die-hard commitment to achieving results
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics (Google GA certification a plus) and Google Tag Manager
- Must be able to react fast to market change and ads fluctuation situations
- Excellent written skills and/or graphic design skills to assist with ad copy
- Facebook Business / Facebook Ads Manager & Instagram
- Knowledge of the different audiences available to target for e-commerce businesses
- Knowledge of Interest-based targeting, Lookalike targeting, and all the different types of retargeting audiences that can be created to increase sales
- Familiarity with monitoring metrics
- Strong willingness to learn new ad strategies
- Excellent time management including the ability to handle multiple projects and ongoing work items
- Ability to effectively perform high-volume tasks with tight deadlines
- Ability to address client requests and issues in a timely manner
- Ability to understand a campaign brief, build the campaign, the ads, and also knowledge of the important metrics to report on (Budgets, amount spent, purchases, purchase conversion value, ROI, CTR, CPC)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
