As a fast-growing, technology-focused financial organisation, our client has an established a genuine culture of Agile delivery. They are currently looking to a Superstar Software Developer to their high performing customer-centric team based at their Melbourne CBD office.

This exciting role will put you at the centre of the Development Team. The following skills, experience and traits are required:

Both Front-End and Back-End capable
The ability to utilise data and metrics in order to lead development decisions
Back-End .NET skills
Cloud-based experience, (hosted applications)
Agile
Continuous Integration and Continuous Development
CQRS, Domain Driven Design, event sourcing
An understanding of microservices
Test-Driven Design is desirable
Maintaining and improving systems and applications
Thriving and taking part in all aspects of the agile process, ceremonies and rituals
Sound communication skills

The successful, flexible and adaptable candidate can expect a salary circa 120-150k inclusive of Super. Additional and generous benefits are also on offer.
