Our client is a well-established and innovative leader within the Financial Services industry. Due to continued growth throughout the region, they are seeking a Head of Credit to lead their SME business unit, based in Melbourne.

As Head of Credit, you will:

Champion SME lending by supporting business partner growth
Manage a collaborative and profitable partnership between our client and essential third parties anchored on customer experience, product growth and loss mitigation
Implement credit assessment framework to deliver competitive advantage
Implement efficient and robust workflows that establish operations and follow industry best practice
Ensure regulatory and legal compliance
Develop colleagues
