Head of Marketing - SaaS

Our client’s innovative software delivers powerful training and assessment solutions that create exceptional learning experiences. To meet demand, further build their brand and continue growing their team, they now have an exciting opening for a Head of Marketing to be based remotely.
As a Head of Marketing, you will:
- Work in close collaboration with the Board and broader team to drive growth and expansion
- Build and set the overall marketing strategy
- Understand the company’s profile and sector positioning
- Develop content that is on brand and delivered to the right audience through insightful targeting and segmentation
- Develop, manage and report end-to-end on all digital marketing campaigns
- Encompass Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), content marketing, pay per click marketing, account-based marketing (ABM) and email direct marketing
- Design cross-functional and cross-channel campaigns that deliver results
- Lead and mentor a team of marketers across all internal functions
- Manage contractors, vendors and deliver to the marketing budget
- Oversee development of content to support marketing strategies, project manage graphic design, website/front-end development and technical SEO partners to ensure accurate and timely delivery of content
- Facilitate the expansion of products to new markets
- Lead new marketing technologies and strategies to innovate, improve efficiency, and generate tangible results
- Bachelor's Degree
- Former SaaS Marketing experience
- 10+ years of related work experience
- 5+ years in a B2B SaaS marketing leadership role
- Experience hiring and managing high performing teams
- Demonstrated experience in both inbound and outbound (ABM)
- Experience designing, crafting, and organising integrated campaigns such as webinars, email marketing, digital across the entire customer lifecycle
- Deep understanding of SEO, paid marketing, email direct marketing and other digital marketing strategies
- Passionate and pro-active, driven and results orientated
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
- Previous experience in Ed Tech (advantageous)
- Experience with marketing tools and automation such as Hubspot, Lemlist, Vidyard, Intercom, Adobe
- Previous experience managing contractors or outside agencies
- An initial base salary circa 120-140k
