Inside Sales Representative – Renewable Energy

Our client, an international Renewable Energy company is transforming the way we produce energy, creating ways we can all achieve a zero-energy footprint. Through advanced technology, they are advancing performance and intelligence specifically within Solar Energy. To meet demand and to expand their dynamic sales environment, they are currently hiring an additional Inside Sales Representative in Melbourne.
As an internally based Inside Sales Representative, you will:
- Respond to inbound leads from existing and potential customers
- Demonstrate a value offering and solutions to existing and potential customers
- Identify upselling opportunities
- Track and manage a pipeline of customer enquiries
- Identify prospect clients
- Assist with customer queries across all platforms
- Maintain a CRM with up-to-date customer information
- At least 2 years of sales experience preferred
- A Business Degree preferred, or similar
- Working knowledge of the solar industry (preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- IT competency
- Problem-solving skills
- A starting base salary circa 65k
