Having recently completed our 2nd year in Australia, delivering YoY growth, despite the pandemic, the Certus Recruitment Group is currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to focus on Contract or Perm Recruitment within the IT sector. With our Australian office growing rapidly and plans to expand into North America in 2021, now is an excellent time to join our established, dynamic and over-achieving team.
As an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant, you will:
Receive the ongoing support required to develop and manage your account base
Have the autonomy to identify and develop your own vertical markets
Have open remit to utilise your sector knowledge with the full support of Management and a Resource Team
Run with both client and candidate ownership in a 360 role
Work on government and large contract assignments

Candidates with 2+ years demonstrable IT recruitment experience
Government or Large contract experience
360 Experience
Intelligent individuals with the ability to liaise with clients at every level
Candidates with demonstrable career stability and progression
Highly driven professionals with a proven record of success (sporting, academic and/or workplace)
Those with a working knowledge of the APAC market
Those who demonstrate maturity, commercial awareness and business acumen. Integrity, a can-do attitude and a polished approach is also required
Rewards:
Negotiable Salary (70-80k, higher for greater experience)
Uncapped 107-125k OTE
