As a highly successful Australian owned and operated manufacturer of a wide range of energy and hot water products, our client is embarking on a sustained period of growth. To meet demand, they have an exciting opening for a National Specification Manager to further develop accounts throughout the region.

As a National Specification Manager, you will:

Work with Architects, M&E Consultants and Contractors across the country to gain specification on commercial projects
Sell a range of hot water and plumbing products
Manage projects from conception to completion, including seminars, tenders and technical demonstrations
Seek out and maximise all business opportunities
This role has the strong potential to develop into something more senior as the division continues to grow

National Specification Manager applications are invited from those with the following skills and traits:

New business-focused
Experience selling water or plumbing related products
An expert in M&E Consultant / Contractor customers
Happy to do technical demonstrations and presentations
An entrepreneurial person
Self-motivated and looking to prove themselves within a progressive organisation

The successful National Specification Manager can expect a 75-80k base with an uncapped 155k OTE, car, Super and more. This role comes with excellent opportunities for career progression into a more senior and leadership position.
