To meet demand and service a CBD based customer, they are currently looking for an Oracle CRM Developer.

As an Oracle CRM Developer, you will:

Custom develop code-based solutions using a variety of languages and systems
Configure Oracle Enterprise CRM
Develop technical specifications and document code development
Develop reports and custom modules on Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow)
Develop campaigns and custom objects using Eloqua
Configure Service Cloud (RightNow) using PHP
Develop reports and forms using OPA, customer objects, code and reports in Service Cloud
Create and conduct unit testing on all new and changed components
Utilize Waterfall and Agile development concepts
Lead technical discussions with non-technical audiences

To be successful in this role, the Oracle CRM Developer will possess the following skills and traits:

3-5 years lifecycle systems development experience
2+ years’ experience with Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow) and Eloqua at an Enterprise level
Software development background
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate technical issues to stakeholders with non-technical backgrounds
Collaborative team development
Campaign configuration
Knowledge of the education sector (preferred)
