To facilitate growth, they now have an exciting opportunity for a PA to Directors / Receptionist to be based in Melbourne.
As a PA / Receptionist, you will possess the following skills, qualities, and experience:
- Strong attention to detail
- Above average computer knowledge (word, excel, powerpoint, illustrator, pdf)
- Data entry/general bookkeeping experience, knowledge of Xero or willingness to learn
- Stakeholder contact management
- Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries
- Finding ways to improve administrative processes
- Driving licence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Assisting the Director with his daily Diary/Meetings/Travel Plans
- Answering all calls/comms/emails/general queries
- Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends
- Career-minded
- An initial base salary circa 55k
