We are currently looking to appoint a Senior/Principal Consultant/Manager to develop and grow our Australian IT Recruitment division, focusing heavily on the Digital and Technology space. Reporting directly to the Managing Director APAC, this individual will take on as much responsibility as they can handle, taking a leading role in the development of the Australian business.
An autonomous role, you will be responsible for managing the entire process including client acquisition, candidate generation and the management of the recruitment cycle

What you will bring:
2-3+ years IT recruitment experience
Knowledge and understanding of both contract and permanent IT recruitment sectors
Genuine passion and interest in your specialism

How you will be rewarded:
Competitive basic salary $80-100k base + Super
Monthly commission and bonus giving OTE of $130,000 to $180,000
Further override/team bonus as you grow the team
Quarterly bonus and override
The ability to negotiate package at any time as you progress within the business
Monthly, quarterly and annual incentives including trips away, lunches and other rewards
