Sales Development Representative
65-70K Base, 90-100k OTE plus Executive Benefits
Due to phenomenal growth throughout Europe and the Middle East, our Gartner Quadrant recognised client is seeking further ANZ growth. Providing innovative and integrated e-commerce solutions, our client drives the way web stores operate. To complement their growing internal sales function in Australia, they have an immediate and exciting opening for a Sales Development Representative in Melbourne.
As a Melbourne based Sales Development Representative, you will:
Identify, create and qualify prospect opportunities
Respond to, engage with and qualify inbound leads
Demonstrate the value of offerings through phone calls, email and other social mediums
Understand customer pain points, requirements and provide solutions and potential business value
Set appointments for the sales team
Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales Team Members on the strategic approach
Ensure pipeline is maintained through accurate activity and lead qualification information
Sales Development Representative applications are invited from those with:
Sales and/or Consulting experience (preferred)
A bachelor’s degree
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Team player and effective learner qualities
A results-driven and extremely self-motivated approach
The courage to get out of the comfort zone
A strong interest in career progression
The successful Sales Executive can expect a 65-70k base with an uncapped 90-100k OTE plus additional, generous and executive benefits.
