Sales Development Representative – Digital Marketing Agency

60-70k Base, 90-100k OTE + Super + Benefits

As a prestigious digital agency, our client delivers a digital strategy for some of Australia’s leading brands. From branding to UX, web design to SEO, they cover social media, content marketing and so much more. To facilitate growth, they have immediate openings in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane for Sales Development Representatives who meet the following values: Passion, Pace, Progress and Promise.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will:

Target clients at a variety of levels
Pitch at C-level
Work in a new business-focused role
Research prospects and map out targeted accounts
Create and deliver lead generation campaigns
Engage with prospects across various channels (phone, email, social etc.)
Create and maintain relationships
Receive ongoing product training

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, traits, and experience:

Degree level education
12+ months previous B2B solution sales experience
Agency experience (preferred)
Results-driven and goal-oriented
Excellent communication in both written and verbal form
Passionate about marketing and technology
Integrity, intelligence and tenacious
Team player and enthusiastic
Career minded

The successful Sales Development Representative can expect:

A base salary of 60-70k
An uncapped OTE of 90-100k
