Our client, a Pre-IPO juggernaut, is one of the fastest-growing SaaS businesses globally and are experiencing RAPID GROWTH and SUCCESS, here in APAC. Through advanced technology, they help organisations gather immediate insights into their online presence and provide a real-time data platform that enhances user experience. To meet demand and to expand their dynamic sales environment, they are currently hiring an additional Sales Development Representative in Melbourne.
As an internally based Sales Development Representative, you will:
- Engage with prospects to identify/create needs, qualify opportunities and build relationships
- Deliver outbound sales to Heads of Digital, CMO, CEO and Marketing Director contacts
- Follow-up on warm leads
- Identify, book and confirm appointments for Senior Account Executives
- Take ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through to appointment setting
- Bring energy and excitement to the sales floor, every day
- 1+ years sales experience gained in a fast-paced, target driven, phone-based environment
- Knowledge/interest in the technology, digital or eCommerce sectors
- A digitally savvy, well presented, charismatic and passionate demeanour
- A team player mentality, drive and an eagerness to learn
- A starting base salary circa 55-70k
- A first-year achievable OTE of 80-100k
