Sales Manager - FinTech
$120-145k Base, $200-240k OTE + Super + Benefits

Our client is a fast-growing, global Fintech company specialising in Global Banking, Alternative Investments and Capital Market sectors. Through their virtual data rooms, they facilitate strategic initiatives, M&A, investor reporting and so much more. Due to their phenomenal growth, they are seeking a Sales Manager to lead sales teams covering ANZ and SE Asia.
As a Sales Manager, you will:
- Carry both personal and team sales targets
- Qualify, prospect, and execute strategic sales
- Guide, manage and grow a sales function
- Coach, mentor and monitor sales executives
- Develop strategic plans to gain market share
- Lead solution discovery meetings
- Maintain a strong pipeline of sales
- Meet agreed monthly/annual performance targets
- Move into a full managerial role as the sales function grows
- 5+ years Sales experience gained in software, SaaS, or technology sales
- Team Leader or Sales Manager experience
- ANZ and/or SE Asia market knowledge
- Working knowledge of the Alternative Investments community and broader financial services sector
- Mid-enterprise level experience
- Excellent organizational and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficiency in English and an Asian language (preferred)

- Control, maturity, creativity, and resourcefulness
- Degree level education
