Our client is a leading provider of digital experience platforms. Through delivering informative and scalable solutions covering virtual environments, webinars, webcasting and so much more, they have developed a strong reputation and currently work with many of the world's leading and largest companies, covering technology, finance, life sciences and more. Due to continued growth, they now have an exciting opening for a Sales Manager (VP of Commercial Sales) to be based in Sydney.
As a Sales Manager, you will:
- Lead, grow and manage an APAC based Commercial Sales Team
- Identify and implement sales processes, strategies and accountability
- Drive quotas and pipeline generation/growth
- Become a subject matter expert and provide expert guidance throughout the team
- Train and develop team members
- Work with senior executives on targeted accounts
- 5+ years SaaS sales experience
- 3+ years sales management experience
- 2+ years Martech experience
- Degree level education
- Creativity, persistence, integrity, and curiosity

- A base salary of 180-200k
- First-year achievable OTE of 360-400k
