As a Sales Support Team Leader, you will:
Manage a team of 3 Support Admin Staff
Cover Procurement, Quoting, Customer Service, Sales Administration and Logistics.
Support team with quote preparations
Liaise directly with clients/vendors/distributors
Process purchase orders and manage logistics
Spend 80% hands-on and 20% leading the team
The ideal Sales Support Team Leader will possess the following skills and traits:
Team Leader who can direct team and provide leadership to employees
1-2 years minimum of direct team management/leadership
Pride in creating efficiencies in processes
Demonstrable experience of improving existing teams and processes
Creative, flexible and adaptable
Passionate about developing those around them
Passionate about maintaining Service Levels, KPIs, cost savings and efficiencies
A player-manager role with hands-on support experience
The successful candidate can expect:
A starting base salary circa 70-80k
