Our client is an exciting and fast-growing technology organisation working at the forefront of the Mobile Application space. This self-funding company leverages cutting-edge technology to build disruptive products and solutions for various industries. Due to growth, they now have an immediate opening for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their Melbourne based team.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will:

Design and implement cloud solutions that are secure, scalable, resilient, monitored, auditable and cost-optimized
Write Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Industry standard tools and services
Write application deployment automation using AZ DevOps deployment and configuration tools and enhance our Agile posture
Design and implement continuous delivery pipelines that serve the purpose of provisioning and operating client test as well as production environments
Document and maintain automation processes
Comply with the company's SDLC, project plans and industry standards
Participate in Weekly Sprint meetings
Provide guidance and mentorship to more junior level staff
Work closely with key stakeholders to capture, analyze, and derive DevOps requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and traits:

3+ years experience as DevOps Engineer
IaC using ARM templates and PowerShell scripting or similar Terraform expertise
Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD principles
Understanding of network topologies and design

It would also be advantageous to possess the following:

Strong cloud security awareness
Experience with any MS Azure products highly regarded (Service Bus, Functions, Container Registry, K8s, Storage...)
Azure certifications such as AZ-303/4, AZ-400 or AZ-500
Experience working in a start-up, wagering industry, or heavily regulated environments
