Services Account Manager
$150-160K Base + Super + Bonus + Benefits

Our client is a fast-growing, global financial technology company specialising in Alternative Investments, banking and capital markets. Due to their phenomenal growth throughout APAC, they are seeking an experienced Services Account Manager for an immediate start in Melbourne
As a Services Account Manager, you will:
- Ensure consistently positive customer experiences by providing oversight and management for deployment planning, solution adoption, and technical issue resolution
- Establish a formal governance model with customers
- Conduct periodic stakeholder meetings and quarterly business reviews
- Conduct organizational reviews to identify strengths and weaknesses
- Check in with clients on a regular basis to assess satisfaction and propose new solutions for their organization
- Develop a continuous product education and awareness program
- Set and track customer satisfaction KPIs
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and work with the management team to ensure that critical issues are documented and escalated
- Ensure project, departmental milestones and goals are met
- Create and implement account plans for all strategic accounts with short and long-term objectives along with a clearly defined action plan for achievement
- Assess, clarify, and validate customer requirements, needs, and goals on a consistent basis
- Travel to customer locations as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of extensive experience in application services (professional services, account management, project management, customer service, etc.)
- Experience in the Information Technology, Software-as-a-Service, Computer Security, Desktop & Mobile computing field
- Prior experience in account management, sales or marketing preferred
- Proven track record in coordinating internal departments and resources to solve complex customer support or implementation problems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
- Superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
