To maintain their enviable position, they have an exciting and immediate opening based in Melbourne for an experienced Support Engineer.
As a Support Engineer, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer experience for end users, assisting them with Level 1 and 2 technical incidents or requests
- Identify root causes, investigate incidents and reoccurring issues
- Interact and educate users to reduce the number of customer-generated incidents
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance
- Document solutions and troubleshooting guides
- Find ways to maximise efficiency and effectiveness of productivity tools such as Exchange, O365, Mimecast and SharePoint etc.
- Deliver remote access maintenance
- Deliver occasional after-hours emergency support
- 4+ years within an enterprise organisation handling L1/L2 technical incidents
- Software deployment
- Workstation patching
