As a fast-growing financial services company and leader in their field, our client has an established and ever-growing portfolio of commercial and consumer financing. To maintain growth, they have an exciting and immediate opening based in Melbourne for an experienced System Engineer.

As a Systems Engineer, you will:

Work with internal departments to diagnose tech requirements and provide appropriate solutions
Make recommendations surrounding technology improvements within the business
Work with a team to ensure all devices are appropriately configured and installed
Resolve root cause issues
Ensure all support requests are escalated and solved
Engage in project-based work such as software upgrades and device roll outs

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and traits:

An outgoing and inquisitive nature
Experience mentoring or leading (e.g. 2IC) junior engineers
Personable and sociable
Great customer service skills
Experience with Windows Servers, O365, Windows 10, MS SQL Server, VM Ware, Nutanix AHV
Working knowledge of Skype for Business, SharePoint Online, Intune, Microsoft Teams and Mimecast
Working knowledge of cyber security and anti-virus products

The successful candidate can expect a salary circa of 110-130k including Super, plus additional and generous benefits.
